Here is a video and some photos of an installation for a sandwich shop in Knaresborough. The Subway wanted to have cameras covering all areas of the shop, inside the kitchen area and also at the entrance. Zone CCTV engineers recommended a Hikvison IP system using wide angle turret cameras. This maximises the coverage from the cameras.

The system is set to record continuously every second to the 8 channel network video recorder. The owners of the shop have access via the mobile phones to view the cameras live from anywhere in the world or play back the footage.
