First rides on project builds are always an apprehensive moment. Do a super light 120mm fork, race wheels and Nino Schurter's handlebar work with Cotic's rad reach steel trail frame? Have I mangled the FlareMax's normally sorted geometry too much? Time to hit the off piste trails of Stainburn to find out!
