the bale breaker machine is used for breaking the waste plastic bottles bales such as PET bottle bales and HDPE bottles. By this bale breaker, the baled bottles can be loosen for high working efficiency in the subsequent processing, for example, label removing, color sorting, bottle crushing, etc.
This type bale breaker has two vertical shafts with paddles for loosing the bottles, each shaft are driven independently by the frequency motors.
While the working, the horizontal rubber belt conveyor moves the bottle bales to the two shafts area after cut the iron wires, and the paddles of two shafts scatter the bottles continuously while the rotation.
