भारत ने 3,500 किलोमीटर की मारक क्षमता वाली K-4 बैलिस्टिक मिसाइल का परीक्षण किया, जिसका वजन 17 टन है। इस मिसाइल के परीक्षण से दुश्मनों में खलबली मच गई है। यह मिसाइल भारत की सैन्य शक्ति को और मजबूत करने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम है। K-4 बैलिस्टिक मिसाइल की क्षमता भारत की रक्षा प्रणाली को नई ऊंचाइयों पर ले जाएगी।

भारत ने 23 दिसंबर 2025 को एक गोपनीय पनडुब्बी-प्रक्षेपित बैलिस्टिक मिसाइल (SLBM) का सफल परीक्षण किया। बताया जा रहा है कि ये परीक्षण बंगाल की खाड़ी में किया गया।

दरअसल, यह परीक्षण परमाणु-सक्षम के-4 मिसाइल का था। यह अरिहंत-क्लास पनडुब्बी से लॉन्च की गई। इस परीक्षण को लेकर पहसे से कोई घोषणा नहीं की गई थी। वहीं, NOTAM भी रद किया गया था, जिससे गोपनीयता बनाई रखी जा सके। दावा किया जा रहा है कि ऐसा इसलिए किया गया, क्योंकि इस क्षेत्र में चीनी निगरानी जहाज मौजूद थे।

बता दें कि यह परीक्षण भारत की समुद्र आधारित न्यूक्लियर ट्रायड को मजबूत कर रहा, जिससे सेकंड स्ट्राइक की क्षमता सुनिश्चित होती है। इस मिसाइल से दुश्मन के पहले हमले के बाद ही जवाबी कार्रवाई की गारंटी भी मिल जाती है।

क्या है इस के-4 मिसाइल की खासियत?
इस के-4 मिसाइल की सबसे खास बात है कि यह स्वदेशी के- सीरीज की मिसाइल है। यह डीआरडीओ की ओर से विकसित की गई है। ये मिसाइल खास तौर पर अरिहंत-क्लास परमाणु पनडुब्बियों के लिए ही डिजाइन की गई है।

इस मिसाइल की रेंज करीब 3500 किलोमीटर है। वहीं, इसकी लंबाई 12 मीटर के करीब है। व्यास की बात करें तो वह 1.3 मीटर है। मिसाइल का वजन 17-20 टन का है। पेलोड की बात करें तो यह 2 टन तक है। इसमें पानी के नीचे से लॉन्च (कोल्ड लॉन्च सिस्टम), 3डी मैन्यूवर करने में सक्षम, बैलिस्टिक मिसाइल डिफेंस से बचने की ताकत भी है।
