Cat of nine tails- captain's daughter

In this video I show you how to make a fairly fancy paracord cat of nine tails. This flogger was historically used for corporal punishment, now days it is also used by fans of 50 shades of gray.

The cat of nine tails will require time, patience and attention to detail to make properly. Work through the techniques slowly and you should do fine.
