This BMW came in for repairs to the interior trim, it had scuff on all door cards and rear panels.

These were removed and fixed for BMW saving a costly repair bill of around £3,000 on all four brand new interior panels

We used a mixture of heat with Teflon paper to reduce indentations and heat cured fillers to repair damaged indentations.

Areas were sanded and more filler applied and then coloured and sealed over.

Steps to repair as follows

1/ clean panels with LRC1 leather cleaner

2/ Use alcohol cleaner to de grease all panels and sterilise

3/ Apply heat with a heat iron on top of Teflon paper to reduce raised areas.

4/ Use heat cured grain filler to repair indentations and put grain back in place.

5/ Colour as normal and seal with lacquer.
