Seeing is believing. When you're dealing with the most impressive evaporator in the maple business, you sometimes have to see it's performance to believe it. Of course, once you see our 2'x4' out-perform our competitor's 2'x8' units you wouldn't expect it to take much more than 5 minutes for it to reach a full boil. 50gph means 1¼ gallons of syrup made per hour if you have only 2% sugar in your sap. That's a lot of performance in a 8 square foot footprint.
