in this video i tried to take rhaenyra's pov cause i feel like a lot of rhaenicent fans are talking about how badly rhaenyra treated alicent which is not true in my opinion

man idk i just love nyra and i want people to understand how fucked up it was for her too :/
imagine being a teenager and loosing your only friend right after your mother died. you left alone and the closest person you have is your uncle trying to take advantage of you. you literally have no one. no children, no friends, no family cause even your father is absent just as he was before
and imagine having your friend again and she tried to aggressively to know whether it's true that your groomer had an intercourse with you last night
and then she antagonize you for the next 10 years and thinks that you're ready to kill her children cause of illusions that have been put in her head by her father and that one lie.... like yikes

it's a simplification but still

rhaenicent fans are so understanding of alicent's actions and ready to excuse even the most horrible ones but acting like rhaenyra betrayed their friendship. it just feels wrong
