Hibiscus & Cinnamon Tea

Place about 1 tablespoon of dried hibiscus flowers in a cup. Add a small cinnamon stick. Add about 2 cups of boiling water.

Cover the cup or container you are using with a plate and let the tea steep for about 5 minutes.

Strain and enjoy.
