When youre feeling a bit low pasta is always there to save the day. This one is done in about 15 mins (if you have a mini food processor) and 20 if you don't.

1 onion
5 garlic cloves
200g sausage
3 tbsp harissa paste (I used rose harissa by @belazu_co )
3 tbsp tomato puree
100g cream cheese
400g pasta

Blitz up the onion and garlic, you can optionally mince or grate them.

Get your pasta cooking in some boiling, lightly salted water

In a hot pan add in a big plug of olive oil, harissa and tomato puree. Cook for 3 mins on high until its darkened and then add in the onion and garlic.

Cook for another 3 mins and then squeeze in the sausages. Allow the sausage to crisp up slightly and then you can deglaze it with some pasta.

Mix in the cream cheese and toss in the pasta with some more pasta water if needed.
