The trick is here, using Windstorm in this corner makes the challenge super easy. Windstorm will reach the final room, destroy lots of boxes through the wall, including two Time Boxes, adding to your timer and saving you time later in the stage. To me, this make a HUGE difference.

As far as the rest of the video goes, when using windstorm on the 1500 boxes, throw your weapon into the crate and THEN use windstorm on it. Let the throwing star spin and do TWO instances of tick damage before casting windstorm. If you use windstorm while Yuffie is carrying her weapon, it won't be very effective. You could probably utilize this to finish this stage extremely fast, but I find it finicky with the autoaim so I just use Art of War instead for most boxes that aren't in hard to reach places.

For orange boxes I normally double tap triangle to throw the weapon and then zip over to it for a strong hit. Ninjutsu for the purple boxes, though I sometimes use double triangle because it does decent damage as well, and I've had issues with the auto aim in certain areas when using Ninjutsu (like the first boxes). On the 1500 boxes, I would either use Art of War/Windstorm or just spam triange if I know I'm gonna need that ATP soon. And of course I use Banishment III in the last room, which will definitely be available by the time you get there.
With all of that, the stage becomes pretty trivial after a little bit of practice.
