I used Aerith’s Ceremonial Staff weapon for a balance of magic and physical damage, beefed her up with pink materia for magic, strength, speed and anything that helped with charging her ATB faster.

Then it just comes down to using the right attacks for the right situation or enemy, and keep dodging so you don’t get hit!
