Lauren is married to her incredible husband, her rock and biggest supporter. Behind the scenes, she has battled mental illness for decades, leading her on a profound healing journey through HypnoBreathwork (HBW), and she is now proudly three years free of medication.



Despite facing immense personal loss in 2022, including the passing of her Aunt, Mom, Grandma, Uncle, and Cousin within six months, she continues her journey of deep healing and grief.



From running a successful handmade jewelry business from her kitchen table during COVID to competing in Bikini Body Building, she has repeatedly proven that discipline and determination can conquer any challenge.



Professionally, she has built a six-figure business using the power of HypnoBreathwork, facilitated multiple in-person events, and supported over 100 female entrepreneurs in their journeys.
