She is a commercially aware, technically astute and stakeholder-focused senior executive, with more than three decades of experience in tax management, financial reporting and strategic analysis for large multinational corporations. With a powerful strategic vision and strong leadership qualities, Nageswari has consistently demonstrated integrity, trust, and respect in driving good corporate governance standards. Nageswari's expertise lies in financial management, transfer pricing, direct and indirect tax, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and cross-border transactions. In her last job profile, she was the Group Head of Tax at Tata Sons Private Ltd., responsible for heading the tax function at the group level, implementing tax strategies, and overseeing M&A transactions. She is currently a freelance consultant, helping clients meet their business goals and objectives.
