Cabbage Pizza:
Ingredients:
2 tbsp olive oil
1 medium onion
1 carrot
2 lb cabbage
5-6 eggs
1 tbsp all purpose flour
5 oz shredded cheese(your choice)
Fresh parsley
3 stalks of green onion
2-3 slices bacon
Salt and pepper to taste
½ tsp oregano
½ tsp sweet paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp dried parsley

Instructions:

1. Chop the carrot, onion, cabbage, parsley and green onion as shown in the video.
2. Slice the bacon in small strips.
3. Put the eggs in a large bowl. Beat them and set aside.
4. In medium heat frying pan fry the bacon until starts to turn brown. Add the onion and cook until translucent. Then add the carrots and cook 1-2 mins longer. Add the cabbage and cook until cabbage becomes very soft. 8-10 mins.
5. Season with salt and pepper. Add the oregano, garlic powder, onion powder and dried parsley. Stir to combine and cook another 1 min.
6. Add the cabbage into the owl with the beaten eggs. Mix together and add in the flour. Now add in half of the green onion and fresh parsley. Mix to combine.
7. Line a frying pan with parchment paper and grease liberally.
8. Add in the cabbage mixture and level off. Cover and cook for 3-4 mins. Be careful not to burn.
9. Uncover and lay another piece of parchment paper on top. Use a cover of some sort to assist in turning the pizza over as shown in the video.
10. Add the rest of the fresh parsley and green onion. Add the cheese and spread out.
11. Cover and cook for another 2 mins.
12. Ready to serve. Enjoy!
