Toyota 4x4 quick release door hinges (how to make them)

Описание к видео Toyota 4x4 quick release door hinges (how to make them)

5/15" diameter x 2 1/4" long clevis pin is what I use.
Here's an amazon affiliate link to the clevis pins. I would not buy these from amazon unless you have to because they are very expensive on amazon (hardware store should be cheaper), but at least you can see what they look like: https://amzn.to/2XQJx4n

You'll also need some cotter pins. Amazon affiliate link (again I would just go buy these from a hardware store and not amazon, unless you absolutely have to: https://amzn.to/2F4njo6

I'm not compensated to make this video in any way, but if you use the above affiliate link to get to amazon and then purchase something I will get a small commission from amazon.

A tutorial on how I make the hinges on Toyota 4x4's quick release capable.

Over many years of fourwheeling I've found that being able to switch out and run steel tube doors, or half doors, or NO doors can be a big advantage on the trail. This video is a demonstration of how I modify the stock Toyota hinges so that the doors can be removed without any tools. This video is specifically showing the hinge from a first gen truck ('79-'83) but it works on everything at least up through the first generation of Tacoma's.

If you find the video helpful please give me a "thumbs up" or a "like" rating.
