Fender Player Stratocaster 2023 - Still Worth The Money? 5 years ago, I bought the just released Player Series Strat for my son's birthday at Earle Teat Music in Delmar Delaware. Now, the folks at Earle Teat have loaned me the 2023 edition in the color that I wanted him to get, Buttercream. He got Tidepool, which is gorgeous too. That was the first big video for GearGasms so we thought it would be fun to see if this is still a great guitar or not, and more importantly, a great value.
