How to Become a Senior Technical Writer

Come join Kevin Chin as he teaches you how to become a senior technical writer.

A few of the tasks he's responsible for:
● Writing customer-facing documentation for the Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform, a hybrid cloud platform for IT automation, as the primary writer for services such as automation hub and Insights for Ansible Automation Platform
● Coordinating with engineering, QE, and project management teams to release accurate and meaningful product documentation
● Collaborating with UI and UX teams in weekly meetings to advocate for user-friendly design throughout the software development
● Producing and editing documentation based on Red Hat's Flexible Customer Content (FCC) standards - a modular single-sourced documentation similar to DITA
