What makes up a SEAL team? The Navy SEALs, which stands for SEa, Air, and Land, are one of the most highly recognized special operations forces in the entire world.

SEALs are divided into teams, and are the only entity in the United States Navy, besides the SWCCs, who identify their units as teams. That’s why SEALs are also referred to as “Team Guys”!
