Описание к видео Mindful Movement for Brain Health: 3 Ways to Support Neuroplasticity as You Age

Did you know that whole-body movement is just as important as puzzles or mental exercises for keeping your brain sharp?

Modern neuroscience shows that the brain is deeply influenced by the state of the body. And while all movement is good, some movement is even better: when you move your body in unusual ways, requiring constant learning, coordination and orientation in space, the benefits for the brain are even better.

A note about ✨SCIENCE✨ here: I did my best to find a sweet spot between introducing research-based data (studies are linked later FYI :) ), and allowing enough simplification to make this video widely accessible. So, there is as expected a certain level of detail missing. If you would like to discuss anything - either to gain more in-depth knowledge, or to question, please feel free to do so in the comments!

movement, breath awareness, and coordination, this practice supports cognitive function, oxygenation, and long-term brain resilience — at any age.

In this video, you’ll learn:
🔵 How movement increases Brain-Derived Neurotrophic Factor (BDNF), a key molecule for brain health neuroplasticity
🔵 Why walking and aerobic exercise support cognition — and how mindful movement complements them
🔵 How oxygenation is crucial for improving brain function, especially memory and self-regulation
🔵 Why complex and unfamiliar movements stimulate neuroplasticity more effectively than repetitive exercise
🔵 Why balance, coordination, and body awareness matter for healthy aging and brain longevity

✨I will also introduce you to THREE SIMPLE WAYS to support your brain through movement - now.
