Vegetable Oil, for frying

Buffalo Sauce:
2 sticks Butter
2 cups Hot Sauce
1 cups Pickle Juice
2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
1/2 tbsp. Garlic
2 tbsp Honey

Buttermilk Dressing:
2 cups Sour Cream
1 1/2 cups Mayonnaise
1 cup Buttermilk
1 tbsp. Sugar
1 tbsp. Honey
1 tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
1 tbsp. Garlic Powder
Pinch Cayenne Pepper
1 Shallot, minced
1 tbsp. fresh Lemon Juice
4 Brioche Buns, toasted
