【妈妈食谱】| 蒜香黑猪肉

✿材料
1公斤 花肉(半肥瘦)
蒜米 2大粒
黑酱油 4汤匙
生抽 1汤匙
盐 1茶匙半
✿开锅前准备
1. 将花肉切块 约1cm,加入1茶匙半的盐搅拌均匀 备用
2. 蒜米切碎 备用
3. 1壶热水 备用
✿步骤
1. 首先,倒入适量的油热锅,加入蒜米爆香,将蒜米炒至出味
2. 加入花肉翻炒至三分熟
3. 倒入热水 (水量大约盖着花肉)
4. 盖上锅盖然后用中火焖煮大约25分钟 (期间开盖搅拌 以便均匀)
5. 25分钟后开锅盖加入生抽1汤匙,黑酱油4汤匙翻炒均匀
6. 翻炒到酱汁已吸收到肉里即可 (可炒至干水也可留点汁下饭)

Mum’s Recipe | Garlic Fried Pork

✿Ingredients
1kg of pork belly
2 Garlic
4 Tablespoon of Black Soy Sauce
1 Tablespoon of Light Soy Sauce
1 and Half Teaspoon of Salt
✿Pre-preparation
1. Cut pork into smaller pieces (around 1cm width) then add 1 Teaspoon of salt and stir it
2. Cut garlic into mince
3. Prepare 1 pot of hot water
✿Steps
1. Firstly, pour suitable amount of oil to heat wok, then add in garlic and saute the garlic until tiny brown color)
2. Add pork belly and stir-fry till it’s medium rare
3. Pour in hot water and make sure the water level covered meat
4. Cover the wok and turn to middle heat around 25 mins, (recommend: stirring every 5 - 10 mins)
5. After 25 minutes, add in 1 Tablespoon of light soy sauce + 4 tablespoon of black soy sauce and stir-fry till all meat turns brown
6. Stir-fry until sauces been absorbed in the meat
