Calm, soothing, and very relaxing I'll say.
The artist's piano works are truly marvelous, giving this theme an emotional vibe. Sad and peaceful this song is, this song probably rates as my top favorite song on piano among the Stage 2 boss themes. Nevertheless, it's truly a beautiful arrange of Mystia's Theme.

Listening to this arrange, the first thing that pops into my mind is a youkai, namely Mystia Lorelei, alone in a field surrounded by water (I'm not sure how to describe this, but the illustration shows it otherwise) gazing up into the starry night skies, with the moon shining down upon her. I can definitely see her singing her heart out, trying to rid the pain of loneliness.....The song of the night sparrow, alone in an unknown field in Gensokyo.

Searched high and low for a suitable picture that fits this particular arrange. After several hours of searching, I happen to chance upon this. It's the closes I can get to what I had in mind. Needless to say, it (sorta) fits what I had envisioned when I heard of this song.
