There's a reason the Terms of Service are worded so vaguely and loquaciously written; it's so they can wield the ban hammer with no regard for logical consistency.

The Audit Accounts for Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Arizona, Nevada, Maricopa County and others were found to be in violation of the "Spam" policy of Twitter's Rules. How did they violate the rules? Dunno, never gonna know.

Feeling the pinch when it comes to said Audits, the Department of Justice is tampering with the public ahead of any findings by reminding them that they need to be following the Federal Guidelines... which they are doing and have never been in violation of. They are so butthurt over what could be found that any opportunity to poison the well is taken.

The spokeswoman for the National Police Association had a thing or two to say about the very necessary and incredibly important January 6th Commission. While what happened was terrible, it pales in comparison to the riots that destroyed many, many more cities and resulted in many more Officer casualties as well as deaths. Badass Betsy Brantner Smith says ditch the Capitol Riot Commission and fire up the 2020 Riot Commission in it's place!
