Welcome back to Mike's Yoga Channel and welcome to this Powerful Guided Meditation For Athletes | When You Are Low On Confidence. This 10 minute meditation is designed for any athlete who may be going through a tough time right now. Just like in life, being an athlete has it's moments of prosperity and despair. What goes up, must come down, and vice versa. Some days may feel like you are on top of your game and the success that comes from it feels effortless and natural. Other days may feel like you can't get anything going for your game and everything feels like a struggle. This is common for all athletes, even the very best in the world.

If you are experiencing low confidence in your game or are in some type of lull. I encourage to listen to this meditation 1 or 2 times a day, ideally in the morning or at bedtime. This guided meditation puts a strong emphasis on trust, which is what you will need to climb out of the hole you are in. Headphones are recommended.
