THE WORLD'S FIRST IDEAL ZARIF 2023 DOUBLE THREAD CHAIN STITCH TECHNOLOGY WITH ROTARY LOOPER.

We are the first and only company in the world to offer the completely new and ideal ZARIF 2023 double thread chain stitch technology with rotary looper. This technology has the potential to replace the lockstitch type 301 on a large scale with our new double thread chain stitch type 401, where the top and bottom thread loops are rotated 180 degrees.

For the first time in the history of sewing, we have achieved such a global breakthrough after some 26 years of perfecting our innovative ZARIF sewing technology, invented in 1994. This sewing technology was the first in the world to use a rotary looper to form a double thread chain stitch type 401 and was granted US Patent No. 6095069 in 2000.

In 1997, we built the world's first prototype of a ZARIF double thread chain stitch sewing machine with a rotary looper to study our innovative ZARIF rotary looper sewing technology in practice. This was achieved by reconstructing an existing 1022 class industrial lockstitch sewing machine from the «Orsha» company in Belarus.

Our experiments with the prototype of the ZARIF sewing machine enabled us to identify the shortcomings of our innovative ZARIF sewing technology of 1994. It was then that we decided to refine our technology until it became the first ideal solution for sewing straight stitches.

In 2023, after 26 years of continuous research and development, we achieved our goal by improving the prototype ZARIF sewing machine with our unique know-how. Each innovation was experimentally validated through high-speed sewing tests on various types of materials using the prototype ZARIF sewing machine.

We are not a large technology company in the field of sewing technologies. Therefore, in order to start the production of an industrial version of our prototype ZARIF sewing machine - with automated features that meet international quality and safety standards - we have launched a fundraising campaign on our website.

Our prototype ZARIF sewing machine has demonstrated in practice that, thanks to our ideal ZARIF 2023 sewing technology, it is now possible for the first time in the world to replace the lockstitch type 301 with our new double thread chain stitch type 401 in over 90% of cases. This means that our stitch can become the primary stitch for straight stitch sewing.

Such a replacement will allow you to eliminate problems such as frequent bobbin changes, adjusting threads tension and needle lift height from the lowest position when changing the thickness, density, stiffness or elasticity of the materials being sewn, thread breakage, skipped stitches, needle breakage or needle tip deformation, jamming of the hook when pieces of thread fall into the hook's sliding area, cleaning dirt from the hook, maintaining proper lubrication of the hook, and adjusting the hook in relation to the needle when changing needle sizes.
