Product Info: Massive battles are a tradition in Star Wars movies, and based on the toys released on Force Friday, as well as the movie's trailers, The Last Jedi won't disappoint. One highlight vehicle that'll participate is the First Order Heavy Assault Walker.

LEGO lets you recreate this behemoth in set 75189 with a giant 1,376-piece set that lets you construct this evolved version of the AT-AT seen in The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi. The main differences are that it has a different head and blaster configuration. This is another great example of Lucasfilm incorporating new version of classic Star Wars ships and gear.

Within the set, you'll find five minifigures that offer a mix of Resistance and First Order characters, including a First Order Walker Driver, a First Order Stormtrooper, a nameless Resistance Trooper, Rey and Captain Poe Dameron. It's interesting that Poe is listed as "captain," since he was a colonel in The Force Awakens. Perhaps he got a promotion? Perhaps it's a typo. Only time will tell.

After building the Heavy Assault Walker, which took our expert builder about two hours, you get a beautiful model with a lot of play value, including the ability to fire two blaster bolts from the head with an additional six shots that can be auto-fired from the top of the unit with the turn of a dial. The head can open to fit the driver and move to make sure the Walker stays on target. A side hatch also opens so riders, like the Stormtrooper, can attack from inside.

And to make sure the Walker can avoid clever Jedi, all four legs can move, which is great for play and shelf stability.

With a lot of pieces and a complex build, this set is recommended for ages 9 years and up, but kids and collectors will want this awesome Heavy Assault Walker.
