CIIC and Arrival are expected to merge in the first quarter of 2021. Arrival is a U.K. based EV company which was formed in 2015 and uses micro factories which can be set up in just 6 months, to produce an EV in it's portfolio.

Currently, Arrival is trading under the SPAC ticker, CIIC, and in my opinion is one of the best EV stocks to buy right now. The company already has a contract with UPS to produce 10,000 electric vehicles between 2020-2024.

It is expected that the UPS will order another 10,000 EVs afterwards. This is a very interesting company with disruptive technology and is the perfect growth stock to buy right now.
