Eating at Esse Taco. Best Tacos in NYC?

I eat at and review Esse Taco in Williamsburg, Brooklyn of New York City. The restaurant comes from chef Enrique Olvera who is also the chef behind Pujol, in Mexico City, which has two Michelin Stars and is considered to be one of the best restaurants in the world. Esse Taco offers classic tacos with unique spins. I see if it lives up to the hype.
