CSAB 2020 - Central Seat Allocation Board has released the CSAB 2020 special seat allotment round 1 result on November 21. Candidates were able to complete CSAB special round registration, payment of fee till November 20 (4 PM) and choice filling process till November 20 (5 PM). CSAB NEUT 2020 online registration was open till November 4. The last date of CSAB NEUT choice filling was November 6. MHRD has announced relaxation in admission criteria for admission to JEE Main this year due to covid-19 pandemic. As per the new criteria, candidates having qualified JEE Main and passed class 12, irrespective of any percentage (in class 12) will be considered for admission. The registration process for the different channels of CSAB 2020 will open separately in online mode. The candidates will have to complete the registration procedure to participate in the allotment process. Choice filling according to preference also has to be done. The authorities will allot the registered candidates as per their JEE Main merit, preferences and availability of seat. Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) has delayed the declaration of the first allotment result for the special round of counselling for engineering admission and is expected to issue the allotment result today. The allotment result initially was expected to be released on November 20.

The registration and choice filling deadline was extended until 7.00 pm of November 20 and this extension is expected to affect the remaining schedule. The allotment result, once released, will be available on the official website, csab.nic.in.
