‪@IPPSA‬ is coming and so are the changes to Semi-Centralized Promotions. This video provides the steps for BN S1s to complete their work in Semi-Centralized Promotions.

There are two parts. In PART I, we're in the Pre-Board process and the HR SUPV is validating that the CO CDRs have made their recommendations on the PCR (formerly the AAA-294) and using the names on the PCRs to create their board MOI.

In the second part, which begins at 07:58 the BN S1 HR SUPV is completing their role during the Board process with involves entering the results of the board onto the PCR for Promotion Authority (BN CDR) validation.
