Worst experience with Flixbus | Chandigarh to Manali | 15th Feb'24

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experience with the service of Flixbus India for my Chandigarh to Manali journey.

Actually I booked Chandigarh to Manali ticket through Flixbus app . Our pickup point is Zirakpur, Chandigarh but Flixbus neither came to the pickup point and nor called me regarding cancelled this pickup point.

my bus time is 11:45pm and I waited till 2am but still no any can contact me . Even they did not share the driver details.

As a result, I was left stranded at the pickup point without any guidance or assistance from FlixBus. The lack of communication and failure to deliver the agreed service not only caused inconvenience but also caused significant disruption to my travel plans and additional expenses.

It is extremely worrying that no active effort was made by FlixBus to inform me about any changes or issues with the pickup. As a paying customer, I expect timely and transparent communication, especially in situations where there is service disruption.

I urge Flixbus India to take immediate action to resolve this matter and prevent such incidents from happening in future. This should include improving communication protocols, ensuring better coordination with pickup points and implementing measures to promptly inform passengers of any changes or cancellations to their bookings.
