Dr. Kashyapi Awasthi is an academic with fourteen years of experience in teaching, training, and research and is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the National Centre for School Leadership, NIEPA. She is intensively engaged with the field to understand policy and practice gaps in the field of school leadership and evolve contextual models for leading the diversity of schools in India.
