The Pink Panda at Solana Ranch Park

The Pink Panda has been down due to a flat. We had 4 or 5 Goathead thorns in the front right tire. Went through a couple patch kits and a new inner tube before finally finding and removing the last thorn. Now we are back up and running. Our new adventure started at Solana Ranch Park in Pacific Highlands Ranch. The trail North of the park connects to the Gonzales Canyon Open Space Park to the West. The canyon has many winding trail options to explore the park. The Solana Ranch Park trail is a well maintained, wide trail that runs just under 1 mile East from the park. This part of the trail has lights along the route and might be a good option for some nighttime rides in the future. Our trip this time was 5.5 miles. See you next time!
