I have been repairing JigMasters for commercial charter boats for years and the heavy use and lack of maintenance has caused most of these problems to surface. This is normally a very reliable reel for the average person who keeps the reel well maintained. This is a part of a series on why reels fail. This accompanies another video I did on the JigMaster frame problems.
