A walk through the forest starting in Betws Y Coed leading up to Llyn Elsi - Jan 2023. A steep-ish accent to start off, with many different paths to take once up top, so plenty of different routes to explore from gravel forest roads to narrow, winding paths that double up as streams after wet weather. As ever, the weather in North Wales can be a mixed bag, from glorious sunshine to wind and horizontal rain. Thankfully the weather on this walk was mostly dry, with sunny spells. It was a bit windy on the around the lake mind!
