Today I am sharing another simple starter: an Indo-Chinese Style Chilli Egg. The simple Egg Chilli recipe is so quick to make and I am sharing all the ingredients below.

Ingredients:
4 Boiled Eggs 9cut to 4 slices)
4 tbsp Maida
4 tbsp Corn flour
Salt
Black pepper powder
2 tbsp Beaten Egg
Oil for deep fry
Oil - 3 tbsp
Ginger choppings- 1.5 tbsp
Garlic choppings- 1.5 tbsp
Onions - 2 tbsp
2 Green Chilli slits
Tri colour Capsicum cubes- 1 cup
1/4 cup Onion Cubes
Aromat Powder/Ajinomoto- 1 tsp
White Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Salt- Little
Red Chilli Sauce- 1 tbsp
Green Chilli Sauce- 1 tbsp
Chinese Chilli paste-1 tbsp
Dark Soya sauce= 1/2 tsp
Vinegar- 1 tsp
Water- 1/2 cup
Spring onions- 1/4 cup
