Join me and my dog Blue on as we explore the Fred McLinden Nature Trails in Kalamazoo, Michigan! This is a wonderful set of trails that were named in honor of a nursery man in Comstock Township who absolutely loved nature. The park was established in 1984 in recognition of his hard work in the community to preserve nature in the regional area parks.
A walk through the McLinden Nature Trails is a real adventure with wide and narrow trails, hills, woods and meadows. It is defintitely a place to add to your list of hiking trails to explore.
The exterior loop is only 1.7 miles, but there are several trails through the 135 acre site that offers a generous supply of natural wonder.
