A Brief Look at the Sumo Culture in Fukuoka, Japan

Join me as we take a brief look at the sumo culture in Fukuoka, Japan! I went with my family to the Hakata region of Fukuoka, Japan to see some of the oldest and most amazing shrines in Japan. Here I was able to walk around some of the places where sumo wrestlers would compete to perform for Shinto gods for good luck and good harvest. I also was able to see all of the chikara ishi that were dedicated to Kushida Shrine by some of the most famous Yokozuna in history. Also, I definitely made sure to drop into some great places for food, coffee, and nerd finds.
