🇬🇧I have my favorite recipe for you. This super simple salad is ready in just 10 minutes. Sumac gives the salad its lemony flavor. You can eat this traditional salad with kebabs, koftes, shawarma, grilled meat, or falafel. Just put onion salad in a jewel or a tortilla.

Sumac is an essential spice in the Middle Eastern countries. You can find it easily at Arabic supermarkets, and sure at Turkish supermarkets.

Ingredients;

2 Red onions
A bunch of parsley
1 tbsp sumac
1/2 lemon
salt to rub and to

🇳🇱 Ik heb hier mijn favoriete salade. Echt super makkelijk te maken. In 10 minuten is het klaar om te eten. Sumac is een essentieel kruid in deze salade. Die rode kleurige suma heeft een citroenachtige smaak.
Rouw ui heeft een bittere smaak. Daarom wrijf ik eerst met zout. Daarna was ik eventjes onder de kraan de bitter smaak weg. Je kan ook de gesneden ui in een hete water laten staan. En daarna even uitlekken.
Het is een aanrader naast/met alle soorten kebab's, shoarma, kofte's, falefel, gegrilde vlees or LAHMACUN (Turkish pizza )
Doe op je tortilla met je shishkebap.

Sumac kan je makkelijk vinden in Arabische en Turkse supermarkten.

Ingrediënten;

2 rode uien
Handvol peterselie
1 etlp sumac
1/2 citroen
Zout
