It is time to go back to the Pit of 100 Trials yet again, but this time try and go to the lowest floor, as I want to try and get that out of the way before entering the Palace of Shadow. While I did show up to Level 50 because of the Strange Sack, the deeper levels have more powerful enemies, and our new Star Power Supernova can come to good use against them, including some we will see in the Palace of Shadow.

I have decided that I want to get through the Pit of 100 Trials before starting Chapter 8, even if this does mean being overleveled to the point where even the enemies in Chapter 8 stop giving Star Points, but there is a secret with the Pit of 100 Trials after completing the game, which again I don't want to spoil till after completing the main adventure.
This video will be showing Level 51 to 80, Levels 51 to 59 have the following enemies, Badge Bandit, Ice Puff, Dark Boo, Moon Cleft, and Red Chomp, I waited till after completing Chapter 7 so that I have Supernova for defeating enemies. Going over the Badge Bandit as it is exclusive to the Pit of 100 Trials, this variant of Bandit has 12 HP and can steal badges, the other enemies are those fought in Chapter 6 to 7, while Red Chomp was an enemy in the Glitz Pit. For badge drops, Badge Bandit has Pretty Lucky and Refund, Ice Puff has Soft Stomp and Ice Smash, Dark Boo has Money Money and Super Appeal, Moon Cleft has Quake Hammer, and Red Chomp has Damage Dodge.
On Level 60, you get the Double Dip badge, equipping two of them allows Mario to use up to three items on that turn, like the Triple Dip badge from the first Paper Mario. Then onto Level 61 to 69, and the following enemies are Dark Lakitu, Dry Bones, Dark Wizzerd, Frost Piranha, and Dark Craw. Dark Lakitu attacks by throwing Spiny Eggs, which were called pipes in the original game due to a translation error, and it can charge up its attack power by 5, the Spiny Eggs become the Sky-Blue Spiny, they are very defensive and have an attack power of 6, and they can charge up, both Dark Lakitu and Sky-Blue Spiny are exclusive to the Pit of 100 Trials. Dry Bones and Dark Wizzerd are technically new enemies, but we will be seeing them in Chapter 8, but to go over them, when Dry Bones are defeated, they collapse into a pile and can get back up, the only way to really defeat them is with fire attacks or explosions, and Dark Wizzerd is a defensive enemy with many tricks, it has a laser attack that ignores Defense, and it can boost its stats and recover HP, when one Dark Wizzerd is alone, it can create copies of itself. Dark Craw was an enemy we fought at the Glitz Pit as Craw-Daddy, but here is where we can fight more Dark Craws, and for badge drops, Dark Lakitu has Super Appeal and Tornado Jump, Dry Bones can have HP Plus and Item Hog, Dark Wizzerd can have Power Plus and Power Plus P, Frost Piranha can have Ice Smash, and Dark Craw can have All or Nothing, a badge that increases Mario's attack power if he can pull off an Action Command, or do no damage if he fails, as well as P-Down, D-Up.
On Level 70, you can get Double Dip P, and then onto Levels 71 to 80, and the following enemies are Wizzerd, Dark Koopatrol, Phantom Ember, Swoopula, and Chain Chomp, more Chapter 8 enemies, and this is where we can encounter more Dark Koopatrols other than the Koopinator back at Glitz Pit. Wizzerds are more powerful than their dark variants, the difference is they have a beam attack that can inflict confusion, a lightning attack that deals 6 damage, and they can power up or recover HP, and they cannot create copies like the Dark Wizzerds can, and Wizzerd is exclusive to the Pit of 100 Trials. Phantom Ember is the most powerful variant of the Lava Bubble, and they are weak to ice attacks, and Swoopula is a variant of Swooper that can restore its HP when it attacks, and the Chain Chomp is a tough foe with its high Defense and an Attack of 6. For badge drops, Wizzerd can have Jumpman and Hammerman, if you equip more copies of the badge, they increase the power of Mario's Jump or Hammer attacks even more, Dark Koopatrol can have Fire Drive and P-Up, D-Down, Phantom Ember can have Fire Drive as well, Swoopula can have Hammer Throw, HP Drain P, and Multibounce, and Chain Chomp can have Defend Plus.
Then we make it to Level 80, we are getting closer, and in the chest is the Bump Attack badge, this allows Mario to defeat an enemy that no longer gives Star Points by walking into them, but it costs 5 BP to equip.
