Arsenal SAM7K to Bulgarian AR-M4SF (Full Conversion Project)

Last year, we published a video looking at the SAM7K pistol. This firearm is completely built over in Bulgaria at the famous Arsenal AD circle10 factory and imported into the USA by Arsenal Inc. of Las Vegas, NV. In our previous video, we said it was well constructed and had a lot of promise, but that Arsenal shipped it rather "half-baked." Well after months of debating the project, we finally just took the plunge; doing a full SAM7K to AR-M4SF clone conversion.
This is what Arsenal Inc. should have done all along....

Some of the steps included: shortening the barrel from 10.5" to 8.25", replacing the gas block to install 24mm threads, screwing on an original Bulgarian milspec 4 piece flash hider, and installing a folding arm brace adaptor manufactured by CNC Warrior specifically for the Arsenal SAM7K.
In this video, we show a before & after, as well as take the conversion to the range for its very first test firing.
