Ingredients

Carrot-1 & 1/2 cups
Cinnamon-a small piece
Cardamom-2
Cloves-3 or 4
Sugar-2 tablespoon

Maida-1 cup(120 gms)
Baking powder-1/2 tspn
Baking soda-1/2 tspn
Salt-1/4 tspn

Eggs-2
Sugar-3/4 cup(80gms)
Vanilla essence-1/2 tspn
Oil-1/2 cup(120ml)
Orange zest-1 tspn
Orange juice-2 tablespoon
