Reflective Rolodex Week 1

Join me as we create the very first Rolodex card in the Reflective Rolodex series! This year-long journey is all about crafting with intention, exploring gratitude, and connecting with our creativity.

In this video, I’ll start by explaining what the Reflective Rolodex Challenge is all about and how it will guide us through the year. Then, we’ll take a moment to relax with a short meditation to help us get into a calm and intuitive headspace for crafting.

We’ll also choose a special candle to light during this weekly ritual, symbolizing the time we set aside for ourselves and our creativity. I’ll share my word of the year, *calm*, and explain why I chose it, encouraging you to select a word that resonates with you as well.

Finally, we’ll create our very first Rolodex card together, focusing on gratitude and setting the tone for the beautiful journey ahead.
