cloves 4 long
black pepper 1/2tsp
green cardamom 4
black cardamom 1
1 tsp white cumin
1/2 tsp black cumin
1 tsp fennel seeds
1/2 tsp black seeds
2 bay leaf

1.5 cups oil
2tbsp ginger garlic paste
1.5kg chicken (cut in boti)
1.5 litre water
1 cup whole wheat flour
salt 1.5 tsp or to taste


fresh coriander chopped
ginger cut in fine julienne
green chilli cut in slice
lemon


serve with nan or rice
