Lateral Pelvic Tilt, the quadratus lumborum, and the fix.

Описание к видео Lateral Pelvic Tilt, the quadratus lumborum, and the fix.

PLEASE READ: Exercises to fix a lateral pelvic tilt are found on my website: https://pritrainer.com/pri-left-aic-r...

The right quadrutus lumborum, or QL, is a lower abdominal muscle. It is often tight when you experience a lateral pelvic tilt. Sometimes the QL itself is painful, but sometimes the tilt is causing pain elsewhere, particularly in the SI joints. I had this experience for a long time. The lateral pelvic tilt didn't resolve until pelvic repositioning.

There are many pelvic repositioning techniques. This is just one of them.
