I’m exactly 3 days out from my show on the date of this video post! My Bodybuilding Competition in the Figure Division is the NPC Mid-Atlantic Natural Classic this Sat, April 30th!

Watch as I talk about my progress update over the last few weeks, what’s been on my mind, and peak week! I’ll touch upon my diet, body fat, and what’s to come!

Weight progress:
12 weeks out – 156-158lbs
11 weeks out – 156lbs
10 weeks out – 155.8lbs
8 weeks out – 156lbs
7 weeks out – 155lbs
6 weeks out – 153lbs
6 weeks out again – 151.2lbs
4 weeks out – 149lbs (officially 7 weeks out because of yet another push on show date!)
5 weeks out (true) – 147lbs
3 weeks out – 145.6lbs
1 week out – 141-142lbs
