In this video, we walk through the full process of creating an adventure listing on GoJourney. This tutorial is designed for guides and outdoor professionals who want to publish their adventures and start accepting bookings.

The process is simple and flexible, and you can always edit your listing later. We recommend adding as much detail as possible so guests clearly understand what to expect.

🔹 Step 1: Access Your Dashboard
Log into your GoJourney account
Click My Account
Open My Profile
You’ll be redirected to your Admin Dashboard
Click Add Adventure
(you can access it from the left menu, top menu, or by clicking the “+” icon)

🔹 Step 2: Basic Listing Information
Upload your listing logo
Add your listing title
Select the category that best matches your adventure
Enter the address
You can also paste a Google Maps Place ID or coordinates if available
Select the region
Upload photos to the gallery

🔹 Step 3: Description & Skill Level
Write a detailed description of your adventure
(what guests will do, what’s included, what to expect)

Choose a skill level:
Beginner
Intermediate
Advanced

🔹 Step 4: Pricing & Bookable Services
Set your price

Choose how pricing works:
Multiply by guests
Multiply by days
Multiply by guests and days

You can add a price title and description (optional)
If your price is fixed, enter the same amount for:
Minimum price range
Maximum price range

Set:
Minimum number of guests
Maximum number of guests
Select pricing status and payment options

🔹 Step 5: Calendar & Availability
Open the calendar
Mark available and unavailable days
Adjust prices for specific dates if needed

Example: regular season vs peak season
Use a price range (e.g. $400–$600) and assign prices per date
All availability and pricing can be edited at any time

🔹 Step 6: Email Information for Guests
Add important information that guests will receive by email
This can include meeting details, gear notes, or special instructions

🔹 Step 7: Preview & Submit
Click Preview to see how your listing will look to customers
Click Save to submit your listing

After submission, you’ll see the listing status:
Verified
Not Verified
If your listing stays unverified for a long time, you can contact GoJourney support to check if any changes are needed.
