Hey beautiful people! Today's video is all about the delicious and nutritious paw paw fruit. Paw paw is native to North America and is also known as the Indiana banana or the custard apple. It has a unique flavor that is a cross between a banana, mango, and avocado. In this video, we are going to show you how to make paw paw puree, a versatile ingredient that can be used in a variety of dishes.

This meal is ideal for babies from 3 months upwards that are not on exclusive breastfeeding, please if you are exclusively breastfeeding your baby you can wait till baby is 6 months before giving this meal

To make paw paw puree, you will need ripe paw paw fruit. Choose fruit that is yellow and slightly soft when gently pressed. Use a spoon to scoop out the flesh of the paw paw into a blender. You might need to remove any seeds from the fruit.


Once your paw paw puree is ready, it can be stored in a jar in the refrigerator for up to 3 days( I prefer giving toddlers fresh foods because it's very easy to prepare). Paw paw puree can be used in a variety of ways - as a smoothie, a dessert topping, or even as a marinade for meat.

One delicious way to use paw paw puree is to make a paw paw smoothie. Simply blend the paw paw puree with some almond milk, honey, and ice. You can also add other fruits like banana or strawberry for additional flavor. Pour the mixture into
