ingredients
For aata
2 cups of wheat flour
1 tsp crushed sofe
salt
ghee
water
For stuffing
500g mung dal
100g coriender seeds
10g black pepper
10g sofe( fenugreek)
10g cumin seeds
10 dry red chili peppers
2 tab oil
1 cup of gram flour
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp coriender powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp red chili powder (regular)
half cup of amchur powder
2 tsp kasuri mathi
salt according to your taste
For frying
oil
